What is your refund policy?

Due to perishability we do not accept returns or exchanges; however, we are more than happy to help if there is an issue with your order! While we do our best to ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition, accidents can happen. Once the items are out of our hands, we do not hold responsibility for broken and damaged items.
Should your event be postponed or cancelled, your deposit can be transferred so long as we have at least 7 days notice.

How long until my request form is answered?

Please allow 48-72 hours for a response.

I need to change the details of my order, how can I do that?

Please email us at cakedupcole@gmail.com at least 7 days before scheduled due date. If there are drastic changes, item pricing is subject to change.

Shipping Information

We ship via USPS or Fedex. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, incorrect address information, or weather conditions. Typically, items are delivered within 3 business days from the day they are shipped; however, this is dependent on location.
We only ship within the continental US.
If your items are needed for a specific date, please let us know during checkout so we can ensure they are shipped in a timely fashion. Prices are subject to change in this instance.

How can you ensure my goods will not break in transit?

Each order is packed carefully to ensure the best quality upon delivery. Each item is individually heat sealed and packed in bubble wrap and crinkle paper to ensure that there is little to no movement during the shipping process. Accidents can happen, but we package items with care!
